In addition to containing a highly absorbable form of collagen, Toki's patented formula contains hyaluronic acid, to capture and hold moisture in the skin. It is a source of glucosamine, for healthy joints, and vitamin C. It is such a good source of calcium (290 mg per packet, 1 serving) that if you drink it 2 or 3 times a day, you may not need to take any other calcium supplement.
