This recipe is a delicate blend of 100% orange, pineapple and peach fruit juices with the Asian flavors of sesame and soy. Herbs, fresh ginger, sesame and soy and toasted sesame seeds with vinegar, oil and other spices are blended together for a dressing with a fantastic flavor. It is light in oil and fat and has the fresh Asian flavors of sesame, soy and ginger. This dressing is an excellent marinade for fish, pork or poultry and can even be used as a grilling sauce.
