The multipurpose DuoMat is ideal for nonstick baking, kneading and rolling dough and making confectionary creations. By fusing together two nonstick surfaces chefs can prepare, bake and create confections, all on the same mat. One side of the DuoMat is silicone and the other side is a patented nonstick surface. By placing the silicone side down, DuoMat becomes a non-slip and nonstick work surface. Once prep work is done, DuoMat can go directly into the refrigerator or oven. |
