An "Uptown" Bourbon flavored sauce from the Kentucky hills for meats, stir-fry, chicken, kabobs, burgers and just about anything you can imagine. No kidding, this sauce works on anything! This wonderful sauce is also listed under "Salad Dressings" Why? Because it makes a great salad dressing when used with the following recipe:

Use mixed greens, including Baby Spinach, in an amount you prefer.

Grill Chicken Breast, and glaze with Kentucky Bourbon Sauce. Cut into thin strips when finished.

Roast some pecans in the oven, just enough to make them crunchy without burning.

Sprinkle Feta Cheese over mixed greens, along with strips of red pepper, bacon bits and the roasted pecans broken in small pieces.

Place Chicken Strips on top of greens and pour Kentucky Bourbon Sauce over entire salad, as you would a salad dressing, for a unique and great tasting salad. Your guests will love this unusual and flavorful salad, and the "dressing" is All Natural.
